Known as “Florida’s Hottest Doo Wop Group,” featuring favorite tunes from the 50s, 60s and 70s, The Goldtones cruise will depart from Tampa, Florida on February 28, 2016, and make stops in: Roatan, Bay Islands; Harvest Caye, Belize; and Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico, and the package includes roundtrip motorcoach transportation from select Florida cities. Fort Myers-based All Aboard Travel is the exclusive travel agency and coordinator for this unique themed cruise.

“We are extremely thrilled to bring back the ever-popular ‘Cruisin’ with the Goldtones’ cruise for the second time. Performing on a cruise ship is unlike any other performance we have had before; it really heightens the overall experience. All Aboard Travel Arranges to Send Church Group to See Pope Francis in Philadelphia

Pope Francis will be in Philadelphia in September for the World Meeting of Families

Pope-Francis-PIXABAY_707395_1280

Fort Myers, FL (June 15, 2015)— All Aboard Travel, Southwest Florida’s premier cruise and tour package travel agency, announced it is planning the travel and housing logistics for a private church group attending the upcoming World Meeting of Families 2015, and Papal visit, in Philadelphia, scheduled September 21-27.  Naples’ Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church has been working closely with All Aboard Travel to ensure its group will experience the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see Pope Francis. The World Meeting of Families is a triennial global event that is being held in the United States for the first time ever.

“We are thrilled to be the trusted travel agency securing all the details for Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church to travel to the World Meeting of Families for the chance to attend its Congress, the Festival of Families and to see the Pontiff in the City of Brotherly Love. The idea is to unify people and to share a unique experience together, which is exactly what we do for all of our All Aboard Travel clients,” said Jody Ryland, Vice President of All Aboard Travel. “This is the Pope’s first visit to the United States and he is only the fourth reigning Pontiff to visit our nation in its history. We are excited to assist parishioners for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

The group from St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church will fly to Philadelphia on September 21, and return September 28. An All Aboard Travel agent expert will be on hand from the church to the airport, to see the group off.

Detailed plans for Pope Francis’ visit have not yet been finalized and are expected to be released sometime this summer. However, the Holy Father is scheduled to visit Philadelphia September 25-27, to participate in the closing events of the 8th World Meeting of Families. These events include the Festival of Families, an intercultural celebration of life around the world, which is set to take place Saturday, September 26. There will also be a Papal Mass, on Sunday, September 27, which is open to the public.

Saint John Paul II created the World Meeting of Families in 1994 to explore the critical role the family plays in society and to give families opportunities to talk about the challenges and blessings that all families have.

There are still a few spots open for parishioners of Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church to sign up to attend the World Meeting and see the Pope.  The delegation from the church will be finalized by June 26. For more information regarding the trip or to register, please call April Williams at 800-741-1770, ext. 6409.

All Aboard Travel Inviting Public to Learn About Becoming “Group Leaders” for Cruises and Tours

October 16 Online Seminars Will Teach Those Passionate About Travel
How to Benefit with Reduced or Complimentary Travel as a Group Leader

Fort Myers, FL (October 7, 2014)— Today, All Aboard Travel – Southwest Florida’s premier cruise and tour package agency – announced it will be holding two, complimentary online seminars to teach those passionate about travel how they can become travel “group leaders.” The seminars will take place on Thursday, October 16, at 10:00 a.m. EST and 8:00 p.m. EST, and they are open to travel enthusiasts across the United States and Canada. A group leader with All Aboard Travel organizes a group to travel on a particular cruise or tour, working hand-in-hand with a designated All Aboard Travel travel agent who takes care of the actual travel arrangements. The group leader receives compensation based on the size of the group and it may even include a free cruise stateroom or complimentary tour.

“Being a group leader is one of the best kept secrets in travel,” said Jody Ryland, Vice President, All Aboard Travel. “There are people in your own family, circle of friends and community groups that are purchasing travel. Group leaders are the conduit by helping to organize them into one group. Best of all, an All Aboard Travel group leader is not expected to be a ‘travel expert’ – the travel planning and logistics are handled by one of our highly-experienced travel consultants.”

Registration for the two events is exclusively being handled online at the following links:

In the All Aboard Travel group leader seminars, participants will learn how to organize successful groups, and they will find out about All Aboard Travel’s marketing resources that can be used to help increase the size of the group. Among the multitude of travel-related details directly addressed by All Aboard Travel on behalf of the group:

  • An All Aboard Travel staff member makes a live or online presentation to the group outlining the full trip, providing a range of pricing based on group size, showing travel photos of the destinations and cruise ports, as well as providing their expertise on the cruise ship and itinerary.
  • All Aboard Travel creates promotional materials for each group highlighting the specific cruise or tour, ports of call and array of shore excursion options.
  • All Aboard Travel is responsible for handling all details for booking the trip and answering any questions before, during and after the vacation.
  • Depending on the group’s location, All Aboard Travel conducts a group meeting or online presentation prior to the departure date. During this session, travel documents are distributed or explained, and a “question and answer” session is held to address any lingering questions participants may have.

“Most people are surprised at how easy it is to get a group going,” added Ryland. “Sometimes all it takes for one person to join a group is to learn that a friend from their same community is going – and it’s the group leader who helps spread that message.”
