Fort Myers, FL (September 17, 2015) — Today, All Aboard Travel announced details for the return of its exclusive “Cruisin’ with The Goldtones” cruise aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Star, along with what special amenities its clients will receive, including three private performances by The Goldtones. Known as “Florida’s Hottest Doo Wop Group,” featuring favorite tunes from the 50s, 60s and 70s, The Goldtones cruise will depart from Tampa, Florida on February 28, 2016, and make stops in: Roatan, Bay Islands; Harvest Caye, Belize; and Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico, and the package includes roundtrip motorcoach transportation from select Florida cities. Fort Myers-based All Aboard Travel is the exclusive travel agency and coordinator for this unique themed cruise.

“We are extremely thrilled to bring back the ever-popular ‘Cruisin’ with the Goldtones’ cruise for the second time. After last year’s great success and massive turnout, we knew that this was something our guests would continue to talk about and enjoy year after year,” said Sharon Concepcion, Director of All Aboard Travel. “For this voyage, and like many of our other packages, All Aboard Travel offers clients an all-inclusive price for worldwide ports-of-call for both individuals and groups. Our clients have the opportunity to not only enjoy the music that The Goldtones provide, but also the one-on-one interaction with the band – something you won’t find on most cruises. From returning clients, to the new, we are excited to bring back Florida’s Hottest Doo Wop Group.”

The 8-day “Cruisin’ with The Goldtones” cruise will feature: three open bar cocktail parties with performances with The Goldtones along with one public performance, exclusive onboard activities, and three unique gifts. Guests will also take part in four theme nights including: elegant black and gold night, a sock hop, formal masquerade ball and Mexican night. This year, guests will also enjoy a complimentary dinner, on the night of their choice, at La Cucina Italian Eatery, compliments of All Aboard Travel and The Goldtones.

In addition, a representative from All Aboard Travel will be on hand at some of The Goldtones’ upcoming performances in Southwest Florida to answer questions regarding the cruise, including:

  • Saturday, October 17 – The Cultural Center of Charlotte County, Port Charlotte, FL.
  • Friday, November 13 – Burnt Store Presbyterian Church, Punta Gorda, FL.
  • Thursday, December 17 – Christmas Dinner Dance, Charlotte Harbor Yacht Club

“To be on the stage is both exhilarating and humbling; we get the crowd into the music and you best believe there is plenty of singing and dancing,” said Ed Diana, singer of The Goldtones. “Our group features talented guys who enjoy delighting our fans with music from generations past. Performing on a cruise ship is unlike any other performance we have had before; it really heightens the overall experience. We couldn’t offer this opportunity without the support and cooperation of All Aboard Travel, which has been nothing but accommodating and helpful to make this dream a reality.”

“We loved last year’s cruise and are planning on attending this year. What we enjoyed the most from last year’s cruise was the enjoyment of seeing people who never heard of The Goldtones,” said Marilyn Cote, of Punta Gorda, Florida. “Guests were truly in the moment when they heard the band for the first time. Over and over I kept hearing strangers say, ‘What a group!’”
